Skills are useful and education is helpful too. Both can help you earn a living, but what's more valuable? I'd choose education first because without it, skills might not shine through. I've seen skilled people miss out on jobs just because they lacked a basic education. You need that foundation.

It’s a country thing, honestly. In some places, you need that degree to even get a foot in the door, while other places care more about what you can do. Here, without education, you’re mostly stuck with low-paying jobs unless you’re an entrepreneur. Then again, building your own business makes those certificates less important.

You can find jobs in various areas, not just crypto or blockchain. Work for a paycheck, then invest some of it in crypto. Or dive straight into the blockchain world, get paid in crypto, and swap it for Bitcoin later. Lots of ways to make money. If you’re willing to learn, you can score some good gigs.

What’s a degree anyway? It’s just proof that you’ve passed some tests. You can gain skills without a piece of paper. Some folks have portfolios or references that show what they can do, and that’s way more valuable. Fake diplomas are a real thing too; I’ve seen that.

Sometimes you get hired just because of that degree, even if you're not great at your job. Employers will say it’s because they forgot what they learned in school. Honestly, a lot of what’s taught is outdated, so it's like starting from scratch anyway.

You can't really land a good job just with skills alone. Education matters too. They say without a degree, you lack direction. If you want a position at a decent company, your educational background will play a big role.

I’ve got a degree in Business but never use it. In finance jobs, nobody asks for a degree in my country. It’s all about who you know. I switched to UI/UX because I’ve been building websites for years, and it’s all portfolio-based. Skills got me the job, not the degree.

I’m all for skills too! People study hard but still learn a trade on the side. Whether it’s fixing cars or cutting hair, having a backup plan is smart. If jobs are scarce, at least you can make some cash with those skills.

If I had to pick, I’d ditch the degree first and use my skills to make cash. Here, solid skills can earn the same as a degree holder in a corporate job.
You didn’t check the forums before posting, huh? Skills are vital now. Degrees alone won’t cut it anymore. Many with degrees struggle to find jobs. Skills are where the money’s at.
Both skills and education are necessary. To be successful, you need that certificate to open doors. Skills keep you afloat while waiting for a good job. Don’t ignore the importance of both; they balance each other out.
Education has a time limit, while skills can be developed at any age. You can still learn new things even when you’re older. Whether you have a certificate or not, you still need that basic education.
I’m with those who say skills matter more! Show what you can do with a portfolio. But if your portfolio doesn’t impress, then having a degree might help you out.

Education is key for me, but I admire skilled folks too. If you’re smart in math or science, that can land you big jobs in various fields like government or big companies.
It’s tough to rely only on skills. For many professions like medicine or engineering, a degree is a must. But just having a degree doesn’t guarantee success; you need to apply those skills practically.

This is a tough call. I’d push for skills for the younger crowd, especially in trades. Those jobs are less likely to be replaced by AI, and they pay well too. Yes, the labor can be hard, but it’s doable.
