Bollinger Bands are a tool for analyzing Bitcoin price movements. Traders use them to understand volatility and identify bullish or bearish trends. They can show when Bitcoin is overbought or oversold, which is pretty handy.
idk, I actually stopped using them. Just seemed to add confusion to my trading analysis. Now I focus on order blocks and support/resistance levels instead. Maybe it's just personal preference, you know? Each trader has their own style that works for them.
Yeah but could someone actually explain what Bollinger Bands do? What’s the point of this thread without a proper breakdown? Sure they can help, but keep in mind they don’t guarantee profits.
Bollinger Bands can actually be useful when they’re wide apart. You can trade on the upper and lower bands for gains. But when they get tight, it's a no-go. No clear direction on Bitcoin's movement, so better to stay out and wait for them to widen again.
So many indicators out there. We need to figure out which ones give us the best insights. Some people rely just on TradingView for chart analysis, but I think it’s about finding a balance with different indicators for better market interpretation.
