There’s this common belief that fees are gonna take over block contributions eventually. But honestly, with all the talk about scalability, it feels like we’re just pushing miners into a corner. Are we really building security for the network or just squeezing miners? I’m open to being convinced otherwise, but it doesn’t look good to me.

+1. I feel you on this one. If miners lose out on fees, what's their incentive? It sounds like we might be killing the whole point of mining.

not really convinced. Fees are just part of the game. If the network scales efficiently, miners will find their way.

But how can you be sure? If fees drop too low, miners could just dip out. The whole security model could collapse. How do we balance it?

True that. If miners bail, we could see some serious issues in security. It’s a tricky balance for sure.

ppl forget that miners are essential. If their incentives vanish, we're in deep trouble.

It’s not just about evidence, it’s about the trend. If we keep scaling without adequate fee support, we risk losing miners. It’s a real concern.
