Not too long ago, it felt like altcoins were everywhere. People were trading them on Binance and PancakeSwap and having a blast. Wondering if that's still the case or what.

The altcoin scene is pretty wild. Lots of ups and downs compared to Bitcoin. Yeah, some coins are still making some waves, like AI projects and NEAR Protocol, but most aren't hitting those crazy 10x gains.

It's been ages since we had a true alt season after 2021. Feels like altcoins are pretty much dead. They’ve been 'done' for almost 5 years if I'm being real.

Totally agree. It's like nobody's really into altcoins anymore. I’m mostly seeing talk about legit ones on Coinbase, not so much the meme coins from DEXs like PancakeSwap.

You guys forgot about the altcoin pumps when BTC was booming. Think XRP and Solana went nuts during that time. It’s all about timing and understanding the market.

There’s still some action on DEXs, but yeah, mostly meme coins that pump and dump. PancakeSwap is busy, but a lot of these coins are just here for the quick cash before crashing.

Best luck for huge gains is buying at the bottom of a bear market. But even those Binance Alpha coins just tank soon after listing, very few hold their value.

The past year showed that many popular altcoins didn't grow much. BTC is still running the show, and altcoins are struggling to keep up with its dominance.

Pepe and other memecoins did pretty solid during BTC's rise before. But the game has changed; now it takes serious research to find a winner among the altcoins.

Oh yeah, there’s still plenty of trading happening, especially with people trying to DCA or short-term trades. Tokens hitting 10x are not extinct, just rare.

There are still so many altcoins out there, and while some fail, new ones pop up all the time. Just gotta be smart with your picks.

Investors need to tread carefully. Altcoins depend on BTC, and their volatility is killer. Keep your eyes open!

Some think the lack of broad alt season means altcoins are done as a whole. We might just see only utility-based projects sticking around.

+1. People treat altcoins like they treat Bitcoin. Bad idea! Only a handful of them can be serious investments. Stick to the top ones.

Altcoins are definitely still around. Tons are launched every year, but most pump shortly after their listing and crash hard.

Yeah, it's a rollercoaster with a lot of junk on the decentralized exchanges. Only a few really break out and get listed on major exchanges.

You can find new coins through ICO info sites, but don't fall for the hype. Most of those high-return promises fail.

They aren’t finished, but the frequency of high returns is rare these days. It's good to lower expectations.

Bull market or bear, it's tricky to spot which alts will pump hard next. It's all speculation with these weird projects.

True, early buyers of memecoins can cash in big before the dumps hit. Understanding the market gives you an upper hand to spot the scams.
