War in the Middle East is escalating. Meanwhile, NASDAQ and S&P futures are sliding a bit. But Bitcoin seems to be holding up well. Some altcoins are showing small gains. Here's what I've got on the promising ones to watch: LINK, STX, TAO.

Checked S&P500 and NASDAQ charts. Not really dropping like crypto is holding steady. Still hoping for an altcoin season, though. Most altcoins feel like they’re just turning to dust.

Just to clarify, I'm looking at the futures markets. NASDAQ and S&P 500 futures aren't open yet, but they’re on a downward trend with a gap down. It could influence crypto soon.

Has there ever been an altcoin season when it wasn’t expected? History shows that years like 2026 have been bear markets. What changes this time? We still have more waiting to do for a real alt season.

Hang tight, buddy. Market events take time to unfold. Oil prices are already climbing.

Just a reminder, this isn’t financial advice. Altcoins can be super volatile. Do your own research before jumping in.

Speculating is tough. I think you’re right. We might see an alt season but not just yet. 2026 feels too far-fetched. This year seems more about buying and waiting for the next big market shift.

Maybe give it a week. The market's response might change once oil supplies stabilize. If altcoin season is on this year, I'd be surprised given the bear market vibes.

Honestly, I don’t see an altcoin season happening this year, not just because of the war but the overall uncertainty. A strong Bitcoin push would likely lead any rally, as it’s the most trusted.

Don’t think we’ve had alt seasons during other bear markets, right? They often dive deeper than Bitcoin. It seems like we’re stuck until we hit the bottom and can actually bounce back.

STX was great for me last cycle but feels dead now. Tried contacting the devs but it's just scammers on Discord. Frustrating!

Who knows if we’ll get an altcoin spike again soon? Right now, Bitcoin seems to be in a bear trend, and 2027 might be where the next cycle begins.

Official reports on STX are out. But greed is rampant. When I hear about increased emissions, it makes me think the founders are just looking to cash out before it crashes.

Bear market’s all around, not just for Bitcoin but altcoins too. Last year, they dropped 42% overall. Almost 40% of them are near their lows. Alt season feels like a fantasy.

No way 2026 will be the year for altcoins. We might see a few perform decently, but most aren’t flying high this year. Buying the dip sounds wise right now.

I hope we see things turn around! It’s tough holding onto a losing coin. The market’s not reacting to the war, which is odd. Is the economy really okay?

Bitcoin's been down lately, and the Iran-US tensions don't seem to help. It’s tough for altcoins while Bitcoin struggles. Hoping to buy solid altcoins like BNB at a good price.

What’s the plan for next week? Altcoins are really sluggish. If something major hits the market, I wonder if altcoins could follow. Right now, liquidity seems weak.

Yes, before 2026 becomes the main topic, there is a pattern. Bitcoin often pumps first. Not everything follows the rules, though. I believe alt season could still sneak in this year.

When fiat loses value, crypto has room to grow. We’re in a chaotic market, but stock will bounce back eventually. Bear market will stick around for a while, though.
