using crypto payment processors is the best way. they take care of all the complicated stuff like wallet management and conversion rates. you can integrate them with plugins if you use an e-commerce platform or with APIs for custom sites. just pick a good provider, some of them guide you through the whole setup process.
not sure if there’s a one-size-fits-all guide for making your own payment gateway, but if you're keen on it, check out some developer docs on the Bitcoin site. but keep in mind, that list of processors is missing some known names like BitPay and Coinbase Commerce.
the seriousness of your site really matters here. big platforms like Amazon would involve serious compliance issues, KYC and AML stuff. just don’t store your wallet keys directly on servers and make sure your payment process is secure to avoid hacks or losses.
