I did have $5650 in bitcoin that I supposedly recovered with some service in March 2021. They charged me to recover funds from scammers, but now my wallet balance is zero. Can you believe that?

Is there anyone who knows of hackers that can recover bitcoin? I’ve heard a bit about this but not sure where to find someone reliable.
