Honestly, I just feel like this whole proposal is doomed. The community won’t accept it, and that bounty is gonna be a wasted effort.

Right? Like, there’s definitely a better way to approach this. A lottery using multisig on the Lightning Network seems way smarter.

Anyone else think we could use a proposal here that could actually help Bitcoin? I heard there's a $100 bounty for a good idea.
