Red candles on the weekend again... It's funny how all the doomsayers vanish when Bitcoin touches those previous ATH levels. You know, the ones saying to sell and switch to USD are probably hiding now as Bitcoin heads for $118.8k, going strong.

I get it, some folks took their profits and that's cool. I can’t blame them either. But are you gonna cover their losses if btc dips below $100k next week? Sure, they didn’t lose anything if they still hold BTC, but let’s be real. We're still in a FIAT world.

Always bet on greed, right? People holding on forever because they just want more... My buddy Michael? He’s gonna sell everything one day and retire happy while the rest of us are left holding bags. Following the herd will never get you rich.

With how Bitcoin is holding up and steadily climbing, we’re not even close to the peak yet. I honestly don’t believe Bitcoin has a ceiling. The number of buyers far outweighs sellers right now.
Taking profit is fine if you're anxious, but don't do it if you don’t need to. If you're glued to the screen checking prices every hour, you probably over-invested. Seriously, if you’re scared when BTC dips below your buy price, it’s time to take some profit and lighten up.

Michael isn’t selling, not now, not ever. He’s got that Bitcoin mindset locked in since 2017, and yeah, he should probably apologize for his past wrong statements about BTC.
It’s clear he’s playing the game to force you to sell while he waits for a better price. Why isn’t he selling even when he’s got rain clouds in his predictions?
Honestly, taking some profits at this stage makes sense if you're not in for the long haul. If you bought low, your ROI might be decent enough to cash out and still feel good about it.

I can't wrap my head around folks who say no one should ever sell their Bitcoin. Everyone's got their targets, and once you hit yours, there’s nothing wrong with locking in profits.

Totally agree. Everyone has their strategy. Some want quick returns while others can afford to wait longer for bigger gains. I've been flipping BTC for small profits, then getting back in when prices drop.

Yeah, sounds smart. Everyone’s got their game plan though. You never know what expenses might pop up that force you to sell.
It’s not about holding forever. If your target is hit, sell and enjoy your profits. There’s no shame in it. If the price drops afterward, you can always buy back in.
Let’s say you bought 1 BTC at $1k back in 2016. If you sold 0.5 BTC now, that’s a crazy profit. But why be reckless? Use that capital wisely, don’t just blow it on random stuff.
I totally see that. Some people sell to reinvest when rates are low. It's a strategy that definitely works for some folks.

Buying assets that create financial burdens? Nah. I wouldn’t sell BTC for a mortgage. That’s a liability, not an investment. Only jump into buying a house if you can pay it off fully.
Bitcoin's pricing is what makes investing in it intriguing. It’s not just a currency anymore; it’s an asset. If you had a target of $118K and sold, good for you!
Taking profits isn’t a bad move. After all, the goal is to profit, not to hold forever. Even selling below $100k isn’t a mistake if that’s your plan.
If someone thinks $118k is a trap, they might miss out when it really takes off. The future is tricky, and being too greedy could cost you.
Everyone can choose when to sell. But those who hold longer could see even bigger gains. I sold a chunk at $100k but will wait for more.
For real, Bitcoin has been a solid hedge against inflation. What other option do you have that works better? It’s wild how institutional investors are piling in while the paper hands sell.
