By the way, are you the OP using an alt? I seriously doubt Electrum’s mnemonic algorithm has 100k SHA256 rounds like you mentioned. It’s mostly based on BIP-39, just like other wallets.
I’m not an alt, just checked it again. Last time I dealt with Electrum was ages ago, and yeah, I thought I saw those 100,000 SHA256 rounds too, but looks like they’re not there anymore.
