Maybe some of those UTXOs don’t exist on chain anymore. If they never reached a miner, they might be stuck in your client.

That’s likely. The 1-of-4 P2MS is non-standard but still valid if included in a block. Just tricky to spend if nodes reject it due to mempool settings.

I still see them on mempool.space, but running my own Core version seems like the only way to handle it.
