Bitcoin's becoming more stable, but there’s a catch. Bull markets now seem weaker, while bear markets hit just as hard as before.
The Changing Dynamics of Crypto Markets

Yeah, that October 10, 2025, was intense! Didn't expect some altcoins to crash to zero out of nowhere. Felt like a setup.
For real? The last crypto winter dropped prices to 1/8 of ATH. Now, we're at half. Seems like a shift to me.
Looking at the percentages really tells a different story. The gains have dropped a lot, but so have the losses. It’s all about perspective.

Good take, but I would've called it "Why bull markets are getting less thrilling" instead. Easier to see lower potential returns.

I don’t totally see it your way. Luna crashed hard because of its own issues, not just because of Bitcoin.
Retrospectively, the BTC chart didn’t look that horrible on that date. But the panic around altcoins really freaked people out.
And are we even sure this is a bear market? Prices are fluctuating above 60k, might be a setup for the next bull run.

Totally agree! Every cycle seems to set a better low. Friends ask if they should buy, and I show them the pattern.
Forget the labels. Bear markets can be a chill time, while bull markets are just wild. Crypto’s all about the node count.
Please reread my point. BTC fell 50% before Luna’s collapse, then dropped 80% later. That volatility was insane.

You’re missing the timeline here. Bitcoin started its decline first. Luna just got caught in the wave.
Bear markets look brutal due to liquidations and panic selling. Upward moves seem slow while crashes feel instant.
True, but the whole Luna situation was a huge part of the panic. It made everything worse.
Yeah, expectations were high for ATH, but we didn’t reach them. A lot of people thought we’d hit 170k easily.
Right? The higher BTC goes, the harder it seems to push further. But we are seeing higher lows, so it’s not all bad.
Exactly! The correction wasn’t as scary this time, but the dollar amounts are still daunting.
BTC fell to about 30k before the Luna mess. The crash wouldn’t have been as steep without that chaos.

But, can we really tell newbies that 1.2 trillion lost isn't a big deal compared to the stock market?
Good point! It takes a lot of capital to move BTC, and fear can send prices tumbling fast.
