T17 Fan Error Troubleshooting

So I got this error on my T17, says EPPOR FAN LOST. Is my fan dead or what? How to figure this out?

If you're seeing EPPOR FAN LOST, it usually means the fan's either disconnected or broken. First step, check that fan cable. Might just be loose. Worst case, swap it out with a new one. You could also upgrade the firmware on the control board, but if that doesn't help, you might need a new control board too. That's what I found online.

Also, don't forget about the wiring. The fan has four wires: red, black, yellow, and blue. The red wire is for power, black is ground, yellow gives the speed signal, and blue does PWM. If that yellow wire’s broken, the controller will just think the fan's not there. You might need to replace or resolder it. Check that first before going for the full replacement.
