Did anyone see that Steak 'N Shake is accepting Bitcoin soon? That's exciting. Haven't seen many big names doing this lately.

Yep, it’s a step in the right direction. More companies need to jump on board with Bitcoin payments!

This chain is pretty popular in the US, right? I think they have a good number of locations. Could boost Bitcoin use for sure.

Last major company was probably Tesla back in the day. Wonder if this is a sign of more mainstream adoption in fast food.

I feel like lightning network would be the best option for them. Who wants to pay a high fee for steak?

Haha, true. Charging over two bucks for a fee is wild. Maybe they’ll allow on-chain for bigger orders.

Yeah I just read they have over 400 locations. If Trump is cool with Bitcoin, that’s gotta help its image.

Who knew Bitcoin could buy burgers, right? And aren’t there other chains doing this too?

Laszlo Hanyecz made history with that pizza. Fast food with Bitcoin isn’t new but it’s still cool.

#12Sep 29, 2019, 07:04 PM If KFC or McDonald's did this, that’d be huge. Surprised more of them aren’t accepting crypto yet.

#14Sep 30, 2019, 05:38 AM I’m guessing they’ll use QR codes for payments? That seems easy for customers.

#15Sep 30, 2019, 07:29 AM They better not just switch it up once the market dips. Gotta stick with it!

#16Sep 30, 2019, 09:14 AM It's cool that they have a decent amount of locations. Not as big as McDonald's but still promising.

#18Sep 30, 2019, 04:26 PM What if they start accepting other coins too? Not just Bitcoin, ya know? Would be interesting.
