Looks like the SEC is finally taking digital assets seriously. Their new plan goes until 2030 with clearer rules for crypto. Sounds promising.
SEC's New Focus on Crypto Until 2030

Not surprised honestly. But we really need the Clarity Act to get actual regulations in place. Otherwise, it’s just talk.
Yeah, the Clarity Act is key. If they don’t pass it soon, all this talk about a roadmap means nothing.
I think they will have to push the Senate to act on the Clarity Act. It’s been stuck for too long.
Could be a big deal if they finally let crypto trade 24/7 on traditional markets.

If SEC sticks to this plan and doesn't just enforce regulations randomly, it might help a lot. But we need to see the details.
I'm all for SEC stepping up. It’ll create a solid foundation for crypto exchanges and help legitimize everything.
Sure, but I still think SEC has mostly been about enforcement, not guidance. Now they’re saying digital assets are a priority? Feels a bit late.
Yeah, like finally realizing blockchain is here to stay. But I’m skeptical. Words don’t equal action.
Honestly, Wall Street has been slow to adopt blockchain. It’s not about being smart, it’s about the money they make now.
Totally agree. Intermediaries like banks are making too much cash to want a change.
Exactly, Wall Street likes the status quo. Cutting out middlemen could hurt their profits.

The ambiguity around crypto regulations is a huge barrier. We need clarity to move forward.
True, but the current regulations are putting developers at risk. The Clarity Act could help protect them.
Let’s ditch the middlemen for good! But decentralization has its own risks.
Right? On Wall Street, they have accountability. In crypto, it’s chaos sometimes.
IMO, if the Clarity Act gets passed, it’s a win for crypto. But will it happen?

Doubtful, the Senate has so many hurdles to cross. It’s all up in the air still.
A new president could change everything. But repealing a law is a long process.
Even if a new administration comes, I doubt they’ll scrap the plan entirely. Digital assets are too big now.
