How can coins be stolen if you have your wallet and seed phrase safe? I’m curious about folks who hold for years without spending. It’s meant to be used, right?

Holding onto cash for years without using it seems pointless. Bitcoin should support life, not the other way around. Don’t agree with the OP’s mindset.
