Need help with embedding message in Tapscript spend

I got a script that creates an inscription taproot address using Javascript. Here’s the link https://gist.github.com/ChristianOConnor/fa07462990a74606f486f97031783e50. I’ve even put the private key and inscription text in the code, but no worries, the wallet is empty so it’s safe. The address I get is tb1pzr0236kw9vnavfl6zjk4xvfsvptfwq2202newug2se5tsg2fmrhsa4hv7z. I’ve tested the js code and spent an inscription output with it, and it works fine. But I tried to convert the script to C# and it’s not giving me the right address... any ideas?
