Cash App can't really reverse or reject the transaction. They might send back to the original address after it’s confirmed, but I wouldn’t count on it.

I’ve seen a few similar threads. They often ask for a return address for your bitcoins, and the txn fee might be set by them.

It could confirm over the weekend. The mempool's slowing down right now with fewer spammers.

Not sure weekends are great for confirmations. I had to wait 24 hours last week for my transaction.
