leveldb issues with Bitcoin Core

hey guys having a major issue here 1) got a full node running but I keep getting this "leveldb read failure corruption block checksum mismatch" and it just crashes with "Error reading from database" 2) tried running "./bitcoin-qt reindex-chainstate" and it finished the process but then the same error pops up again. tried reindexing again but now it just gives me that "Error reading from database" message again 3) what should I do? like should I format the SSD or restart the node?

you might wanna post your full system specs and check the SMART status of your disk. helps to see if there's any drive issues.

yeah could be a bunch of things, man. hardware issues like RAM, SSD, or even the SATA cables or ports. best to back up your wallet.dat if you haven't already and then check each hardware piece one at a time. and seriously, OP, share the debug.log from Bitcoin Core. it's long so maybe upload it on something like pastebin and drop the link here.
