Let's talk about the Labcoin lawsuit that's coming up. I'm kicking things off with some key points from another thread.

Okay, folks, time to chill for a sec. That Chinese address is from like three years ago and Alberto is chilling in Italy now, probably has been for a while. We gotta look at Fabrizio Tatti, the Italian dude and owner of Labcoin.
Not an Italian here, just sharing advice from an Italian lawyer who's up for handling the case for a standard fee. We need someone to sign a contract with him, though. His tip is to get a bunch of folks together, we’re talking over 200k total lost, so the cops take us seriously. I'm thinking of posting his advice here.
Yeah, but the real issue is a lot of this info can be faked easily. IPs and stuff, you know?
Exactly, we need the Italian authorities to dig into this. They can trace the IPs properly. I mean, Alberto logged onto IRC using his real name and IP before. They weren't exactly hiding too well back then.

I’m here to help however I can. Keep me updated on this.
Damn right, let’s go after those scammers!
So here’s a quick update. We’ve got about 12% of the shareholders backing the complaint against Labcoin. Honestly didn’t expect so many to rally so fast, but I guess Labcoin's kinda unpopular right now. Gonna hit up the lawyer again tomorrow.
Glad to hear this is moving forward. I want to pitch in too since I’ve lost a decent chunk.
Totally agree, but we gotta ensure this isn’t just another scam. I trust you, but others might need more proof to share info. Can't blame them for being cautious.
Thanks for pointing that out. You’re right, trust is key. I’m just a newbie here, but people seem to be reaching out after I shared that info about Labcoin.
Update time. Nice job everyone! We now have 1 million Labcoin shares backing the complaint. For security, I’m using the IPO price for estimates, so we’re looking at 1000 BTC lost that’s about 200,000 bucks if BTC's at $200. I bet some of you bought higher, so we’ll likely have more.

Not sure how payments to the lawyer will work, but gotta say virtualspade is doing an awesome job with this thread. Looks solid.
I second that. Definitely.

Props to dexX7, auto2nr1 and gecko_x2 for backing me up. Update again Fabrizio is the first suspect for cops since he's behind Labcoin according to the IPO deal. If he’s innocent, let’s see him cooperate. Been chatting with TheSwede75; he’s on board to help out.
Great to see the community stepping up! Love this teamwork. Just because it’s unregulated doesn’t mean we can’t go after the bad guys.

I’ve only got around 1.5k shares, can I still join the lawsuit?
