Been stuck on these pre-sync headers for weeks now, always the same numbers... how do I fix this?

If you want help, at least try to follow the advice. Bitcoin Core isn’t for hand-holding. Maybe try a different wallet if this is too much.

The data directory has all the block info... kinda basic stuff if you're running a node. You’re probably on Windows, right?

This issue is in the sync screen? Could mean wrong chain or corruption. Check your debug.log for errors.
