Some say Bitcoin's importance to governments, especially like Trump’s, makes it a potential factor in recent wars. Could it really be a reason for conflicts?
Is Bitcoin a Potential Trigger for War?

Nah, that sounds off. Wars usually spark from resource disputes and territorial issues, not BTC. Anyone can mine it, so it can’t be a main cause. Sure, it might fund wars, but that's different.
Totally agree, it’s not about Bitcoin at all. The US-Iran conflict is all about nuclear ambitions, while Ukraine’s situation is more political nothing to do with Bitcoin.
Seriously? How did you reach that conclusion? Trump blames nuclear weapons, others blame oil. Governments are watching Bitcoin, not fighting over it.
I’m curious how someone could think that way. Did he pull that idea from thin air? I want the logic behind that.
People know Bitcoin is decentralized. It’s not the reason behind these crises. There’s something major causing these conflicts, preventing leaders from making peace.

War over Bitcoin? Seriously? I haven’t seen any real examples. It’s always about wealth, oil, politics. Bitcoin is easy to hide, fighting for it doesn’t make sense.
Lol, that’s a harsh endgame the whole world dies? Sounds intense.
I’m just curious about where that idea even comes from. It’s naive to think Bitcoin could cause a war. Wars are a mess of resources and political maneuvers.
I don’t buy it. Bitcoin isn’t a resource countries would fight over. Sure, competition might ramp up as they realize its potential, but a war over it? Doubtful.

If we’re talking about Iran-US, Bitcoin isn’t to blame. It’s all about who controls nuclear power. A Iran with nukes isn’t something the US wants.
Right? OP’s logic seems off. What’s next, blaming Bitcoin for bread prices?
Could you stop sipping that wine and think straight? Bitcoin is an alternative payment method. How could that ever be a trigger for war?

OP seems stuck in the past, thinking something like the Boer War could happen again over Bitcoin. Gold is tangible, Bitcoin is digital. Not comparable at all.
Trump is after power, not Bitcoin. He’s trying to expand influence and control territory. Bitcoin isn’t a war goal, just a stepping stone.

How does Bitcoin relate to these wars? Countries are getting reserves, but the US-Iran conflict is a struggle for power and nuclear capabilities.
Seriously? Of all the reasons, Bitcoin? Countries wouldn’t fight for Bitcoin; they'd invest in mining instead.
I think this might be one of the wildest threads I've seen. Bitcoin causing wars? Come on, man. It’s a payment system, not a battlefield.
I see no connection between Bitcoin and war. Countries want Bitcoin as a reserve, sure, but that won’t spark conflicts.
The naivety here is mind-blowing. If countries wanted to own Bitcoin, they could just buy it. No need to go to war.
