Iran's New Environmental Fee: Peace or Extortion?

Looks like Iran is trying to play nice, calling the toll fee an environmental protection fee now. Sounds like a cover-up to me. Could this be a step towards a peace deal? But what about the real costs?

I’m not buying the whole Bitcoin payment angle. If it happens, it won't change much for Bitcoin either.
