Introducing CoinShuffle++: Enhancements for Peer-to-Peer Coin Mixing

I stumbled upon CoinShuffle++ recently. I see Decred's implementation is active, mixing in some tweaks. They claim their set-up keeps anonymity even if it’s hosted by a sketchy server. Isn’t that pushing it?

I need to check the paper again. But if they’re modifying things, it raises questions on whether that claim still holds.
