I recently tried out the Avalon debug D signal shorting board while fixing a hash board from the Avalon 10 series. If the test fixture shows 0 or any number, it doesn't really matter if the C and CK signals are okay or not. This board helps you find the faulty chip super quickly.
It's compatible with A10, A11, A12 series. All you gotta do is hit the switch, short-circuit the clip to connect to the D signal, and you can skip using the oscilloscope for fault detection. Major time-saver!
