Governments juggling economy stabilization have a tough call, right? They risk causing inflation or falling into stagflation. It’s all about boosting growth, but too much cash chasing too few goods leads to price hikes. Like when workers get pay raises sounds great until everything costs more. Just look at Nigeria; inflation skyrocketed over 30% from 2023-2025 after fuel subsidies were yanked... what a mess.

Honestly, instead of the same old tricks like tweaking interest rates or printing cash, they should pinpoint the actual problems first. New strategies are needed, not just band-aid solutions. Take Europe’s situation instability and looming conflicts are driving deindustrialization, not just high energy prices. It’s escalating and they keep ignoring the security angle.

So, when we talk inflation vs. stagflation, what should the gov prioritize? Tackling inflation head-on to keep prices down, or focusing on job creation even if it risks higher prices? In moderate inflation, the goal is price stability, but stagflation makes it trickier. When purchasing power dips, things get really complicated, right?
