If you're asking about generating it through blockchain.info, check out their GitHub. They have a repo for wallet generation. Might want to look at My-Wallet-V3 there. It's helpful for this stuff.

Wait, how did you get that info? Did you run something in the browser console or grab the wallet file from blockchain.info? I only remember exporting private keys via the console. But seed hex? That seems a bit different. You asking for a specific reason? Should be following BIP39 standard for wallets, right?
