How can we calculate the X coordinates that correspond to the same Y value? I heard there can be up to 3 different X values for a single Y. Anyone have tips on this?

You need to look into calculating the modular cubic root. It's pretty straightforward once you get the hang of it. For any given Y, you can usually find 0 to 3 X values that match.
Thanks! I might dig up my old script to help with calculating their respective public keys when one of them is known.

Here’s my suggestion: try using sagemath for this. It can make the calculations a lot easier.
I actually found my code already, but appreciate the help!
