I’ve been thinking about how we can optimize Eltoo once Schnorr MuSig is out. If anyone sees a major flaw in my idea or if it’s already been discussed, let me know! I’ve got a document up on GitHub that outlines it, anyone can check it out.
Eltoo Optimization with NOctaHub

Just added more details on how we can integrate Eltoo with this idea. The whole concept is about making distributed ledgers more efficient. I believe it could be a solid step forward.
We’ve actually got Eltoo running live on Minima.global right now! It’s the first implementation that I know of. Super exciting stuff! If anyone’s interested, hit us up on Discord for more deets about possibly adding OctaHubs.
I don’t get why it’s limited to 8 members for the multisig. Why not 5 or even 10? Plus, if there are 256 separate transactions signed, there’s still that risk of unauthorized spending. Seems sketchy to me.
