Remember back in Feb 2020? The bZx hack happened and someone made $900k in seconds. Wild times.

Yeah and Fulcrum had a $2.5M hole just chilling for over a month. Like, why didn't they say anything?
April 2020 was brutal too, dForce lost around $25M total locked value. Just shows how vulnerable these projects are.

That one from a few days ago? Another blatant bug led to a $370k hack... same old story.

I've seen people mention Uniswap and BZRX. The dude didn't hack, just used a trading bot. Still feels sketchy though.

Totally relatable. I jumped into BAL at a peak right before that hack hit. Price dropped hard but luckily I broke even now thanks to Binance.
Good point about DeFi. If something goes wrong, you can't complain anywhere. That’s why I’m cautious.
Right? People think DeFi is safe... but it's honestly super risky. New code and untested stuff everywhere.
This thread is solid info for anyone looking to invest in DeFi. Besides hacks, exit scams are everywhere too.
Yeah, the losses in DeFi seem small, but it’s all relative. A lot gets wiped out quickly.
I've been using DeFi for trading, but I wouldn’t advise newbies to jump into liquidity pools. Risks are high.
Yeah I feel you. High fees make it tough too. ETH 2.0 might change the game though, who knows.
For sure, Ethereum’s price movements can mess with other DeFi projects. It’s a wild ride right now.
Losses look small, but in percentages, they're huge! DeFi is taking some serious hits this year for sure.
I made a list of some DeFi hacks too. They just keep piling up.
With all these hacks, it's clear the DeFi space is attracting the wrong kind of attention. Developers need to step up.

I read about more bugs being exploited recently. Feels like some devs are just unqualified.
Totally agree. Investors also jump into projects without understanding anything about them. Classic FOMO.

This whole situation is kind of ridiculous. Are we really supposed to trust this as the future of finance?
