Check out Galois's email on the Google devs mailing list. I’ve tried to respond multiple times but the mods keep censoring me... so here we are.

Hey Galois and everyone, citation needed. I never said spam is just "transactions I don't like." Spam is anything non-monetary. BRC tokens and jpegs? Total spam. Simple as that.

Lol, you really don’t get how this works. More filters mean more transactions go outside the P2P world. Just watch, mining will centralize if we keep over-regulating everything.

I'm seriously tired of your dumb replies on my threads. I might just block you.

Exactly! If miners keep ignoring the consensus from the 90k nodes, we need to escalate. It’s a fight against spam and those spam miners.

It’s not about what we like or dislike. We agreed to focus on cash transactions, not unrelated junk. Imagine a meeting about furniture, and someone keeps shouting about food.

Yeah, you nailed it. It is UNWANTED. If we keep pushing this away, we're just setting ourselves up for more spam later. What happens when Coin Joins become the target? I mean, I love Coin Joins, but I don't want them cluttering the chain.

Bitcoin is supposed to resist censorship, but this isn’t about everything being acceptable. You’re saying we need to tolerate more spam every year? That’s just ridiculous. Can we differentiate between junk and actual transactions?
