Hey everyone, I just got a Canaan Avalonminer 1166 Pro and it’s super noisy. I want to build an enclosure for it. The shape is kinda awkward, plus it has those two fans stacked on top of each other. Makes it tricky to design something that actually works... I'm thinking of venting it out a 6" duct to push the exhaust through a window. Anyone have tips or designs to share?

I’ve been brainstorming ideas too. What if I used some 10"x6"x6" register boxes on the intake side? That would cover the fans and I could seal any gaps with foil tape. Plus, I'm thinking of cutting holes in the cooler to line up with the PSU intake vents, adding some PVC piping for airflow. This way, I can skip the 8" to 6" reducer for the intake. If the register boxes are similar to the 10"x10"x8" ones, they’d be about 6.5" wide, cutting down the overall enclosure size to roughly 31. What do you think?
