Hey all, just came across this wild story about a Bitcoin blogger from 2010-2011. This guy hired someone to wear an embarrassing costume in public for 15 minutes while holding a sign that said "Stop the FED! Use Bitcoin". He actually paid the dude 32 bitcoins for that stunt. If you do the math now, that’s worth over 2 million bucks. Crazy, right?

So wait, did this blogger get rich from that? Did he keep any of the 96 bitcoins he raised or did he sell all of them when Bitcoin hit 20k in 2017? I bet he's regretting it if he dumped them early. Back then, who even knew Bitcoin would skyrocket like this? Seems unreal.

Honestly, a lot of people were too skeptical to take risks back then. If more folks had been open to investing in Bitcoin instead of falling for scams, they’d be living large now. But I get it; the fear of losing money from sketchy projects makes people hesitant.

First time I’m hearing about this! Whoever thought of this stunt was clearly ahead of the game. They understood what Bitcoin could become. Promoting crypto back then was a different ball game, though, compared to today. Remember photos from that era? One of those iconic images sold for a ton!

But comparing past events to the present is a bit off, right? Like the whole pizza thing or how low Bitcoin's price was back in the day. Sure, some people lost their coins or traded them for next to nothing, but looking at today's prices doesn’t change their history. We should respect those milestones without doing the future value flip.

I had to dive deeper into this and found some archives online. Turns out the 32 BTC back then was worth around 10-11 bucks. Not too shabby for a 15-minute gig, especially after getting donations too! If only he’d held on for a bit longer…

Yeah, totally! Many people got lucky early on with Bitcoin but sold or lost their stash when it seemed worthless. Back then, it felt just like another cheap altcoin and that's why they got rid of it ASAP. Look at us now, wishing we could turn back time!
