Celsius finally admitted their losses and is preparing to file for bankruptcy. What a nightmare for all the investors stuck there. Were they just trying to trick us with their recent actions? Discuss.

So true. They always deny until it’s too late. Honestly, I doubt they care about investors at all. With more liabilities than assets, I can only see them liquidating everything at rock-bottom prices. Anyone who invested there is probably gonna lose big.

Yeah, totally saw this coming. What shocked me is how long they dragged it out. And let’s not forget the saying 'not your keys, not your coins'. It's a hard lesson for those who thought they’d earn easy money. People gotta learn somehow.

This all started after the Terra collapse. Now investors who thought they were earning passive income are just watching their savings vanish. Imagine the stress for those who trusted Celsius with everything. It’s heartbreaking.

I mean, storing life savings in one platform like that was risky from the start. But I guess greed made them blind to the risks.

It's insane how many people are talking about suicide now due to this. Celsius was supposed to be a legit company, which is why folks took the risk. This reminds me of what happened with Terra.

Exactly! There are always stories like this when a company goes belly up. People invest everything and then get wrecked. It's always sad, but it happens every time.

Yup, and it’s not just crypto. This kind of thing happens in traditional finance too. Investors just get so desperate to make money that they ignore the risks.

Celsius even made a token, right? Just another way to milk money from users. The whole DeFi scene is hurting badly because of the Bitcoin price drop.

For sure. Everyone wants to earn while holding, but platforms like Celsius can get hacked or just go under. It's a gamble.

Exactly! They want your coins, and you get peanuts in return. The risk is way too high for such a low reward. It's just not worth it.

Right! They get to profit big while we take all the risks. It’s a messed-up system for sure. And there are still companies out there that haven’t fallen yet. Who knows what’s next?

Bankruptcy doesn’t happen overnight. They’ll try to fix their problems for a while. But eventually, it leads to insolvency. That’s just how it goes.

Celsius's bankruptcy is already real. The court said people who had Bitcoin there don’t have any legal claim to get it back. That’s how they trap investors.

A lot of folks don’t even understand basic risk management. If you’re chasing 18-20% returns without reading the fine print, you’re playing with fire.

What’s wild is how this is all unfolding. It’s crazy to think Sam Bankman-Fried might walk free while customers are left in the dust.

Just saw the news about the former Celsius CEO being arrested and the company agreeing to a massive settlement. Seems like they were really scamming people.

Yeah, and now they’re suing Tether for billions. Feels like a desperate move since the BTC price dropped below the margin call. They’re grasping at straws.

I don't see how they win this lawsuit. The loan terms are pretty clear about margin calls. If Tether followed the rules, Celsius is out of luck.

Exactly! They might get the case moving, but the chances of winning are slim. The law usually favors the terms set at the time of the event.
