Just came across this news about the Clarity Act of 2025. It’s supposed to give us some clearer rules for the digital asset world. Hoping it’ll be in action by 2026 as it’s working its way through the Senate.

Man, this is a total waste of time. Shitcoins are super easy to create, and those pump and dump guys will just jump from one token to another. If they can't even take down all the Ponzi schemes running around, how are they gonna deal with the endless stream of tokens popping up every day?

Yeah but look at traditional markets. They’ve been around longer than crypto and still have manipulation. No law is gonna stop everything. Even if the Clarity Act is somewhat helpful, the reality is pumps, dumps, and market chaos will still be there. It's just how things work.

Honestly, thousands of new shitcoins are created every single day, not just hundreds. It’s like a factory of scams, with people using bots to churn them out. I don’t think regulations will wipe them out either, but if the Clarity Act works, it might at least help with some liquidations.

Is this Act for the USA or the EU? Exchanges are gonna find loopholes for sure. If it’s US-based, they’ll just tweak things for that region. But if other countries follow suit, maybe we’ll see some real changes. It’s a start, I guess. Anything is better than nothing.
