So, Bolt 12 is finally a thing now. Rusty Russell’s been working on it for ages, right? It’s supposed to fix some of the issues with Bolt 11. I heard it’s backed by LDK, Core Lightning, and eclair/phoenix. Plus, it’s got this blinded path thing for better recipient anonymity in offers. Sounds cool!
Anyone have more details on how it’s gonna work? Like, does this mean we can finally have proper privacy in our transactions?
