Bitmain's Latest Order Mess

classic Bitmain nonsense... why are we even surprised anymore?

The bot just popped up and offered help. I paid for my order, deposit info PAB2023040300008. No clue what's going on.

I made a second payment, cleared on my end in like 4 minutes. Both were on time but now neither works.

So the first one was billed at 14:27 and I paid by 15:04 but they said it expired? How is that even fair?

Did you end up getting it sorted out?

Nope. Gonna start the refund process for both deposits next week.

That bot is just useless and super annoying.

I did get a refund for one deposit. Deposit No: PAB2023040300009, but they still owe me for the first one. If they ever send that back, I’ll update here.
