Bitmain in Hong Kong isn’t sending replacement parts! I shipped my PSU over a month ago, they made a shipping label but I still haven't received anything back. I reached out to them and they said they’re getting shipments but they’re just not shipping anything back due to the pandemic. Thankfully I grabbed an extra PSU for my S19j Pro, otherwise I’d be losing a ton of cash right now. Just thought everyone should know what’s up with this situation. -Graham

How did you reach them? Did you use the official Bitmain contacts or just someone random? You can find their contact info on their site. Maybe try calling their support hotline too if you haven't already.

Was this for warranty repair? Honestly, Bitmain's track record with warranties has been terrible. When my S17s were under warranty, I sent one in and waited like 4 months for it to come back. This was before all this covid mess. Their miners break too fast, it’s a joke. I saw some ads from a local repair place in the USA that does off-warranty work, and a few folks reported getting their PSUs and hashboards fixed. But I noticed they recently updated their Ebay ad saying they aren’t taking new repairs anymore.
