Bitcoin's chillin' around $114K but just dipped a bit. With the U.S. shutdown looming, things are bound to get wild. Meanwhile, China just rolled out its AxCNH stablecoin in Kazakhstan, and the SEC is considering blockchain trading for stocks. Watching for BTC to either break $117K or slide to $110K. If it chills, altcoins might get a boost.

Let’s wait and see. We’re mid-week and the U.S. shutdown’s only been going for about 8 hours. Price actually started climbing. Could hit $117K by the end of the day. I say just give it a couple days since these things usually unfold over time.

Nah, it's not steady right now. We’re seeing a nice uptick today. If this continues, it could break that downtrend from August. If we see this confirmed on the week charts, we might actually be onto something significant. But mid-week swings can be risky if not backed by volume.
The global scene is shifting and it’s affecting Bitcoin’s price, sometimes positively, sometimes not. But right now, the recent events seem to be pushing Bitcoin up, with interest in decentralized finance growing. We fell to $108K last week, but now we’re bouncing back.
Good news for Bitcoin! The market’s not tanking to $110K; in fact, we just crossed $118K. This is promising considering we’ve been in a correction phase for a while. I’m optimistic we might hit a new ATH soon.
That jump from $109K to $118K shows strength. If it bounces off $114K, we could see $124K or even higher. Bitcoin's fundamentals look solid, and there’s no sign of decline for now.
I doubt the shutdown really affects Bitcoin directly. The bigger issue is the internal political battles in the U.S. and the wider economic crises, which take time to show their effects.
Exactly, a government shutdown is usually more of a political mess than an economic disaster. Bitcoin isn’t tied to those issues; it’s more about the global economy and investor sentiment. We’ve got recession fears and inflation to deal with.
Right? The shutdown didn’t hurt Bitcoin at all; we actually saw a slight uptick, albeit weak. If this holds, we could be on the way to test for new highs soon. I’d say get ready for a solid quarter for Bitcoin.
It’s interesting how people think political issues can’t manipulate Bitcoin’s price. But when you dig deep, macroeconomic factors surely play a role. The U.S. definitely influences Bitcoin.

Gotta stay ready for all market phases. If you’re expecting BTC to soar past $117K, you might need to be patient. Volatility is just part of the game.

Bitcoin at $119K shows it’s tough to panic sell. Long-term holders know it bounces back. Those who sold at $109K must be kicking themselves now.
So far, the shutdown hasn’t negatively impacted the market. We’re close to $120K, which is a positive sign. Many were worried about a bear market, but it looks like we’re holding strong.
I agree, the U.S. government shutdown doesn't really sway the market. Financial markets react to the overall global economy, not just one country’s political drama.

Let’s not tie Bitcoin’s price to U.S. policies. It doesn’t need to follow any trends. Last week’s dip is part of Bitcoin’s unpredictable nature. We need to accept that.

Totally get that fear when prices dip. But those panicking are often the newbies. It’s the seasoned traders who should know better. BTC can jump back fast.

It’s interesting how the shutdown might push people towards Bitcoin as a hedge. It’s becoming a real alternative to traditional assets like gold.
Hold up, gold also hit ATH around the same time as the shutdown. Are we sure investors are picking Bitcoin over gold? Might be jumping to conclusions.

True, the shutdown could lead to lower interest rates if it drags on. That could push the economy down, prompting the Fed to act. We should keep an eye on how this unfolds.
