First off, I think Bitcoin is overhyped right now. If we're saying a full acceptance means $1 million, we're barely at 1% acceptance right now.

I wouldn’t call it overvalued, just pricey. That doesn’t mean it can’t go higher though. Also, I find it hard to believe it will drop to $10k again. Historically, it hasn't dipped that low lately.
What’s up with this '100% acceptance' idea? Sounds like wishful thinking. Not every human will have a wallet, let's be real.
Honestly, your reasoning sounds pretty shaky. Just because you throw out numbers based on some percentage doesn’t make it legit.
If you think Bitcoin’s overvalued, how do you connect its price to acceptance? Are we talking about daily use or something else? Because I doubt it’ll ever hit 100%.
For me, acceptance is key to Bitcoin's value. But determining that rate is tricky. Sure, everyday use matters, but so do other factors. If Bitcoin were as accepted as USD, then $1 million would make sense.
Not sure we’ll see BTC at $10k again. Resistance has been strong, and it feels like we’ve moved past that stage.
True, Bitcoin hasn’t dipped below 10% of its all-time high, but it’s never faced a crisis like what’s coming. The next downturn could hit harder than 2008.
I get your point, but how can you be so sure the acceptance rate is gonna rise? I see it becoming more mainstream, but it won’t replace fiat. What if it stays stagnant?

Are you serious? Bitcoin has weathered all kinds of storms since its inception. If you’re so confident, go short it with some use. Otherwise, your claims are just hot air.
I’m not sure how much acceptance will increase either. It could even drop, and if it does, BTC will follow suit.
You’ve got a point. There have been micro-crises, but nothing like a major economic collapse during Bitcoin’s life.

If you’re that convinced, show us your short positions then.
I think BTC is overvalued, but it won’t drop below $30k. Institutions are buying for the long haul. If fiat crashes, people will flock to Bitcoin as a refuge.
That’s not accurate. No expert says a '100% acceptance' guarantees a set price. That’s just a random guess.

I agree, Bitcoin emerged post-2008 crisis. We haven’t faced anything that severe since. How it reacts to a big crisis remains unknown.
The problem with forums is sifting through nonsense like this. OP needs to show past credibility to be taken seriously.

Bitcoin hit those highs before, even dropping to 3-4k during COVID. If no major crash comes, reaching $1 million will be a slow climb.

Yeah, a big crisis could definitely send BTC crashing. Only the prepared ones would buy it back while others panic.
In a crisis, fiat drops, but so do speculative assets. If Bitcoin’s still viewed as speculative, it could tank instead of rising.
