Yeah but McAfee had a timeline. He said it’d hit $1M by the end of 2020. That didn’t happen. So his predictions are kinda suspect, right?
Speculation is speculation, but he did predict that Bitcoin would exist at all, so that’s something.
It’s like, if Bitcoin breaks $100k, then $1M seems possible, right? But honestly, people say if it hits $1M, then $10M is next. We can't just jump prices like that.

I’m convinced Bitcoin will hit $1M eventually, probably in the next decade or so. But I could be wrong about the timing. Right now, $200k feels far off.
True, we’ve got to hit $200k first, then $500k, then 800k...one step at a time. Jumping to a million in a year? That’s a stretch.
McAfee was wild, but he had vision. I wish he were around to see this. A lot of people thought he was crazy, but he knew Bitcoin was the future.
Anyone can throw out a prediction. The issue is timing. Sure, Bitcoin will hit $1M, but when? McAfee missed the mark by a long shot.

McAfee was definitely optimistic about Bitcoin’s future. I doubt he’d take the easy way out if he believed in it that much.
I don’t think he ever gave a strict timeline for hitting $1M. He suggested that if Bitcoin hits certain milestones, it’s just a matter of time. Seems logical.
Some predictions seem a bit far-fetched. Like predicting $1M in the next year? Nah, I think we got a long way to go.
Yeah, I remember when people thought Bitcoin would never hit $20k. Now look at us. Surprises happen.

It’s just sad he didn’t live to see his vision come true. He had some wild predictions, though, and not all of them were spot on.

McAfee’s predictions were often hit or miss. It’s a gamble, really. Just like anyone else, we can guess but it’s all about timing.
I’m not sure if it’s good or bad, but predictions without a timeline make it tough to trust. We know Bitcoin will hit a million, but WHEN?
RIP John. He was a character. But if we had more innovators like him, maybe prices would skyrocket even more.
Feels kinda wrong to forget McAfee. He was a big name in Bitcoin at one time. There are better faces now, though.
Not sure how everyone believes Bitcoin will reach $1M so quickly. Market cap matters a lot. Growing slowly is realistic.
