Bitcoin just dropped by 3% at 00:17 GMT today. Some people are saying it was triggered by a big sell-off of over 62,000 BTC after the OP_RETURN limit was raised to 100Kb.

Seriously? First time hearing about a mass sell-off because of protocol issues. Those selling must have a ton of BTC if they’re doing this as a protest.
Where’s the news coming from? Your source link leads to your own site and I couldn’t find any info. I read that it’s tied to US-EU trade tensions, but no clue how it connects to your post.

Lol, people are acting like wildlings here! I’m guessing you’re just here to shill some nonsense?
Nope. The OP is just trying to paint a picture that this drop is all about OP_RETURN. The real reason is probably Trump's antics regarding Greenland. Markets react to that.
Right? The title’s just a clickbait. I mean, shilling for your site while pretending to be clueless? Classic.
You clearly have a bias against OP_RETURN. Just say why you’re against it instead of trying to twist the narrative. Bitcoin fluctuates by 2-3% daily, so this drop isn’t shocking.
Great point. But I’ve been following the OP_RETURN talk since last year, and it feels like investors aren’t too worried about it. The real issues are geopolitical stuff tied to Trump's statements.
Yeah, geopolitics aside, the sell-off is hitting hard. Long-term holders are bailing because of that OP_RETURN hike.
How do we know it’s from Bitcoin Core specifically? Any reliable verification or just guesses? We need some analysis here.
Heh, the drop isn’t just about Bitcoin dev arguments. Whales might think we’re heading into a bear market soon. A 60-day consolidation always signals something.
Disagreements among developers do impact crypto prices, like we saw with ZEC.
Copying an entire article and dropping a link? Not cool. Adds zero value to the conversation.
My bad about the website being slow. Seems like some people can’t handle the truth. But hey, here’s an archived link for you.

I doubt your claims without solid evidence. Looks like a shill attempt to drum up traffic during a panic. But hey, thanks for the cheap coins!
Website issues are a bummer. Any other sources to back up your claims?

BTC is below its 50-day average now. It's not just one thing driving prices down; it's a mix of factors.
$6.3bn in liquidity sounds impressive. But seriously, how does dumping BTC for a protest make sense? Big players can just scoop it up cheaper.

This thread is some high-level trolling, and honestly, it’s fun to see the reactions. Reminds me of the good ol’ days around here.
True, there’s a lot brewing here. The OP_RETURN limit increase led to panic selling, but also global trade issues are weighing heavy.
