True, SSDs use decimal sizes while computers use binary. So a 1TB SSD usually has about 900GB available.

I've got a different SSD for chainstate. Speeds things up a lot during downloads. Anyone using 1TB drives? They can free up space for their blockchain by keeping the chainstate on a separate drive.
