Honestly, I thought March would be a solid month for Bitcoin. It started off strong but ended up being kinda disappointing. Looking at the monthly chart, even though it’s red, the upward trend since 2023 seems to hold. What do you all think about the market sentiment now? Could Trump’s recent moves have kicked off a bear phase or are we still in bull territory?

If we just focus on the chart, we can see some new highs and lows forming. Yeah, it’s red, but there’s still progress. The market just isn’t showing those major green candles yet that would signal we’re definitely not in a bear market. I see this as more of a sideways movement, maybe a consolidation phase. A daily dip or rise around 5% is just normal now. Q2 is here, and I think we might really see things heat up in Q3 or Q4.

From what I understand, the economic impact on Bitcoin can be split into two parts. One is Trump’s tariff policies affecting Canada and Mexico, and the other is the talk about Bitcoin reserves. Either scenario could lead to a dip or a rise in prices. Personally, I feel this month is kind of a mix of bullish and bearish signals.

The sentiment could differ though. With the US pushing for higher tariffs, the news about Trump’s tariffs has already upset the market. Bitcoin’s price dropped significantly in early April. Just looking at the last 24 hours, it’s down quite a bit, suggesting a downward trend.

Totally agree, market dynamics are always shifting. Trump’s policies could play a huge role in whether prices go up or down. I don’t see the charts changing much. If it goes up, it won't be a huge leap. If it drops, it won’t be a massive fall either.

Bitcoin hasn’t dipped below $80k in a while now. Staying above that level suggests it might not fall again. If it does dip, I’m sure buyers will jump back in. I think we’re headed towards new all-time highs, but it might take some time. April may not be a big deal for prices, and we aren't in a bear market yet.

Yeah, maybe Trump caused a little dip, but I still feel we’re in a bull market. Institutional investors who were missing before are buying up now, and that should reflect positively on prices.

For my take on April, I really can’t wait for the 20th. The market is showing signs of breaking down and while Trump’s impact might be temporary, it’s still unsettling. This reminds me of the crash from $7K to $4K before the big run to $20K. I thought we’d see Bitcoin hit over $130K this year, but now I’m questioning everything.

Same here! I thought March would mark the start of a bullish run, but I guess I was wrong. I still believe we’re in a bull phase with plenty of time left this year. One big piece of good news could change everything and turn the market green again. I’m still sticking to the $150k-$180k target.

I voted ‘no’ on the bearish sentiment. Sure, the tariffs have dampened things a bit with Bitcoin dropping to around $82k, but I think it’s temporary. If we focus on the long term, there’s no need to panic. We’ve got the rest of the year to see a recovery.

I don’t believe it’s the start of a bear market either. Sure, Trump’s actions have messed with my portfolio, but Bitcoin seems to mimic stock prices. People seem to be moving to safer investments like gold. I don’t see BTC going below $60k, so as long as it stays above $80k, I feel bullish.

Looking at the monthly chart, the trend is still upward, but we have to be cautious. The market can swing wildly without warning. Even with Trump’s influence, it won’t control everything. I do worry about any news that might cause panic.

Most folks here seem to think we’re not in a bear market yet, and I agree. But the market this year really hinges on Trump’s economic policies. If the trade war escalates, I doubt speculative assets like Bitcoin will thrive.

It seems like Trump’s policies might be pushing us towards a bear market. But despite the downturn in most markets, Bitcoin is acting relatively stable. I’m choosing to stay optimistic and think the price will hold steady or even rise.

Didn’t expect much from March, honestly. Feels like we’re stuck in this market for a while. I wouldn’t call it a bear market though. It just looks that way because we were all hoping for that sweet $100k earlier this year.

I haven’t seen any major negative news apart from the tariffs, so I can agree with that. Bitcoin acting like a stablecoin is a good sign. It’s what people have wished for, and I think it can rise significantly, not just a little.

I’m actually feeling optimistic for April. Bitcoin is holding strong despite all the uncertainty from Trump’s trade wars. We’re seeing some countries making deals, and I think this uncertainty will eventually fade, allowing Bitcoin to rise.

You can’t say for sure whether Bitcoin is bullish or bearish right now. Speculation is all we have and it needs to be backed up with solid points. Looking at the weekly chart, if Bitcoin breaks below the support at $82k, it could attract sellers. But for now, it’s above that support.

I don’t think the tariffs have started a bear market. If they had, Bitcoin would have dipped below $80k. There’s still some resistance keeping things stable. April started at $82k and is currently around $84k, showing some upward movement. I expect the market to bounce back soon.

The market’s been consolidating for a bit, and that looks good to me. Staying above $80k for this long suggests bullish momentum. If it keeps up, we could see another all-time high, so I’m not worried about a bearish run just yet.
