  • It would help if banks offered us a way to exchange Bitcoin. But they’re just leaving us in the cold over there. Super frustrating.

  • Totally. Anyone in the Bitcoin market there is basically walking on thin ice. This is an international thing so the government should definitely keep an eye on it.

  • Yeah, I’m with you on that. But honestly, why isn't the banking system there on board yet? I get it, PayPal doesn’t operate in Bangladesh, so there has to be a reason behind this mess.

  • So, Bangladesh Bank banned Bitcoin transactions back in 2014. They claim these currencies aren't authorized by them or anyone else. It’s all illegal according to their laws, including the Foreign Exchange Control Act.
