If a country enforces Bitcoin taxes, then fine, I’ll comply. But here, I think local wallets handle taxes through transaction fees.

Poloniex said before they don’t do tax reporting. They might comply if the government asks, but that’s rare. They don’t send 1099s like Coinbase.
