Does the majority’s opinion really affect Bitcoin’s price? If Saylor’s words sway the crowd, maybe there’s truth to his speculation.

Yeah, I get that. But not all land appreciates the same. I’ve seen properties double in value in a couple of months when key developments happen nearby. Bitcoin is crazy but also volatile. Not saying it’s bad, though.
