When importing, you gotta choose the right type of private key: Legacy, native segwit, or nested segwit. For a Legacy address (1...), use p2pkh:<privatekey>. For a Nested segwit (3...), it’s p2wpkh-p2sh:<privatekey>.…

You can’t use the master seed, it’s not supported since Bitcoin Core doesn’t roll with seeds. But, as Lucius said, you have to open up your wallet and use "walletpassphrase<password>" and then "dumpprivkey".
