Will Ripple Case Set the Stage for Clear Crypto Regulations?

Hester Peirce mentioned that the end of the Ripple case might shift focus towards clearer crypto regulations. I'm kinda curious though... do you think the outcome will actually help push better legislation in the U.S.? I thought this case would blow up more in the media. Just feels like it’s been dragging on forever. Definitely hope it means some solid rules are coming. +1 on that. But what if they just make things worse? Regulators tend to overreach sometimes. Right? They could easily mess things up. I think they just need to find a balance. I’m all for regulations, but I don’t want them to stifle innovation. Ppl forget that clear rules could actually help legitimize the space. Just saying. Do we have any real prooves this will actually happen? Seems like wishful thinking... Lol, true, but at least it’s a step in the right direction. Better than nothing. But still... I’m not holding my breath.
