Do you guys think Bitcoin could actually reach $1 million by 2050? Or is that just a pipe dream?

Honestly, I bet it'll be way more than a million by then. The way Bitcoin works, with its limited supply, means the price is just gonna keep shooting up. Even governments are starting to take it seriously as a long-term investment. I’m pretty sure we’ll see $1 million way before 2050.
If you look at its growth rate, it’s been like 53% annually for the past five years. Predicting $1 million by 2033 with a 31% growth rate seems kinda conservative to me. By 2050, it could easily hit over $10 million with a market cap that could reach $300 trillion. Plus, the USD might be hyperinflating by then.
Yeah, I get that it’s a long shot, but saying it’s impossible is just wrong. Bitcoin's volatility means anything can happen, and with more investors jumping in, it could hit that million mark sooner than we think. But honestly, who knows when that’ll happen...
I agree it's possible within 25 years. With Bitcoin's scarcity and increasing demand, it just seems logical. More institutions are getting in and global adoption is rising. Bitcoin's still new, so it's got a lot of room to grow.
2050 is super far away though. Why not focus on what Bitcoin might do in the next 5 to 10 years? I just don’t think anyone can accurately predict the price that far down the line. Let’s just keep watching it.
Sure, it could happen in 25 years, but I wouldn’t bet my house on it. Bitcoin's price is unpredictable. Remember the past highs? No one saw those coming. Just keep your expectations grounded and focus on the near future.
In 25 years, I see two possible scenarios: Bitcoin either hits $1 million or it’s really close. With all the debt central banks are racking up, I can’t see inflation being controlled, which could push asset prices up. Maybe Bitcoin will even become a main currency for buying stuff. Imagine paying for a house in BTC!
I think it’ll hit a million way before 2050. It's not even about whether it will happen, just when. If big banks start hoarding Bitcoin, the demand will send the price skyrocketing. Simple supply and demand, you know?

Predicting Bitcoin at $1 million in 25 years is a guess at best. It means Bitcoin has to grow a lot, and it needs favorable conditions like regulatory support and a devalued fiat currency. Those are big ifs.
You all seem a bit cautious. Just think about gold’s market cap compared to Bitcoin. If just a tiny bit of gold's capital flows into Bitcoin, its value could double. Bitcoin's market is tiny compared to traditional ones. It should be valued higher than silver or even Amazon. To hit a million, it just needs to grow 10 times in 25 years, which seems manageable.
